Wednesday, October 16, 2019 - 7:00 pm - 9:00 pm
Location Given Upon Registration
Are you part of an interfaith couple or family? Grow up in one? Do you come from or identify with a tradition – or traditions – other than Judaism? Are you finding your way back to Judaism after many years?
Join the Strangers No More/Multi-Faith community at Romemu for our second session of the new year. Tonight we will wrestle with the spectrum of feeling “a stranger” and feeling “at home”… in the religions of our upbringing, the religions of our families, at Romemu and within the Strangers No More community. What can we do to move closer to a sense of spiritual belonging? How do we make ourselves and others feel at home or estranged?
Newcomers welcome and expected. This is a series, and while we hope you will attend all of them throughout the year for continuity’s sake, it is not required.
Doors open at 6:30pm. Session 7-9PM. Please bring a vegetarian snack to share. RSVP to email@example.com.
Location will be Upper West Side – exact details will be given upon RSVP.
