Sacred Sounds: A Multi-Faith Evening of Song, Wisdom, and Prayer

Saturday, November 9, 2019 - 7:00 pm - 9:00 pm
Romemu and West End Presbyterian Church
165 West 105th Street
New York,

In collaboration with Rivers of Living Waters, the Nur Ashki Jerrahi Sufi Community, West End Presbyterian Church, and the Pamsula Zen Center, Sacred Sounds will bring diverse communities of faith together for a “kirtan-style” musical evening of prayer, song, and wisdom. Our communities hold music at the heart of our prayer experience and believe that through our music we deepen our connection to the Holy and to one another. Without relinquishing the uniqueness of our faith traditions, we will explore a sacred point of meeting – what is possible when, together, we open our ears, voices, and hearts to sing a new song?

No registration required. Suggested donation of $5.
