Join us for an 8-week course exploring Mindfulness through Jewish meditation through an online course created by the Institute for Jewish Spirituality. Everyone will sign up for this online course which will give them access to video sessions, guided meditations, practices and reflection questions and more. Each week we will watch a short 3-5 minute videos (created by the Institute for Jewish Spirituality), explore the practices together, reflect and ask questions. Participants will be asked to practice at least 5 minutes every day. Some of the topics will include: Waking up to your life: from automatic pilot to intention. Strengthening attention, Listening to your body, Working with Difficult emotions, Befriending your Mind, Cultivating your loving heart and Resting in Shabbat mind.
