Do I need to pick up my tickets? Will my tickets be sent to me?
Tickets for all Rosh Hashanah services and for Yom Kippur services will be emailed this year to all Members during the 3rd week of September.
Tickets to Kol Nidre services must be picked up at our will call desk on Kol Nidre, Tuesday October 8th. Please allow yourself extra time.
For guests of members/Non-members:
If you are a guest of a member or are not a member of Romemu, you must pick up your tickets at our will-call desk. Please allow yourself extra time.
Are there any discounted tickets available?
Yes. New this year, we have a special discounted ticket package which includes admission to Rosh Hashanah II and Minha/Neila services on Yom Kippur. This ticket package does not include admission to any other services. Please click here to purchase these discounted tickets.
We also offer tickets at a discounted rate for entry into our Livestream viewing room, where we will be broadcasting the services happening in the main sanctuary. Livestream-Only tickets do not include access to services in the main sanctuary at our busiest times, but we will try our best to accommodate livestream-only ticket holders as seats become available in the main sanctuary.
Livestream-Only tickets offer admission to the Livestream viewing room for Rosh Hashanah I, Rosh Hashanah II, Kol Nidre, and Yom Kippur. To purchase Livestream-Only tickets, please click here.

What if I only want to go to one day of Rosh Hashanah, and one day of Yom Kippur?
We sell our tickets in packages for each full holiday, not by individual service. You may purchase a full priced ticket to either Rosh Hashanah or to Yom Kippur. If you would like to attend individual services, you may purchase our special discounted tickets for admission to Rosh Hashanah II and Minha/Ne’ilah services here.
Are tickets for Romemu’s High Holy Day services included in membership?
Yes, this is one of the benefits of membership! Members automatically receive tickets to all High Holy Day services included in their membership. Please see the table below for specific ticket information related to each membership level.

For membership levels that include child tickets, these are intended for children under the age of 18 who will sit in the main sanctuary during the service. We also have childcare available free of charge and kindly ask you to register so we can better gauge our needs.
Children over 18 are encouraged to join at the Student level or at the Young Professional level.
If I’m a member of another Synagogue, does Romemu offer reciprocity?
No, unfortunately, Romemu does not offer reciprocity for High Holiday tickets.
When is the Rabbi’s Sermon?
The sermon usually occurs around 10:30am
