With Rhonna Rogol
We will enjoy learning Hebrew right from scratch. Participants will be exposed to all aspects of the language, including reading and writing (the Aleph Bet and vowels), the interconnections of vocabulary through word roots, the intrigues of Hebrew grammar and a taste of modern conversational Hebrew. Once we’ve made enough progress, we’ll introduce excerpts from Romemu’s Shabbat and holiday liturgy and weekly Torah readings. The class will be conducted in a relaxed and interactive environment.
No prior knowledge is required. If you do have some background, but don’t feel ready yet for advanced beginners, feel free to come review/refresh your skills; just remember to bring a lot of patience for your fellow students who are just starting out.
