Monday Night Contemporary Voices

June 8: Laynie Solomon is the director of national learning at SVARA,
where they help to direct the transgender formational Talmud Teaching Fellowship.

A weekly evening gathering during the summer, open to all, of learning and exploring with Yeshiva students and faculty. Each week will feature a powerful topic and speaker and guided exploration of text and practice.



Embodied Mincha

June 2, 9, 16 – 3:30-4pm

We are embodied creatures, spirit breathed into earth, and this gift of the body is a foundational pillar of our practice. From formal embodied practices such as movement or yoga, to practices that stress embodied awareness and posture such as meditation, to the incorporation of embodied awareness, the body will be present at every level of our practice. Together we will explore what the body knows, what the body can reveal, and how our relationship with our body can be whole and transformed.

Meditate & Pray on Weekdays with Romemu Yeshiva

Monday, Wednesday & Thursday Mornings 

Three mornings per week, join Romemu Yeshiva’s students and individuals from across the globe for daily practice. Join us for a sit followed by morning prayers.

  • Mondays (June 1, 8, 15) & Thursdays  (June 4, 11, 18) 

    • 8:30am-9:15am – Meditation

    • 9:15-10am – Prayer practice

  • Wednesdays (June 3, 10, 17) 

    • 8:30am-9:00am – Prayer Practice
    • 9-10am – Mindfulness practicum – a workshop on how to develop your mindfulness practice with Rav James Jacobson Maisels
