Maggid Yitzhak Buxbaum: “Vitamin Tales”
Hasidic tales contain divine vitamins to boost our spiritual health and well-being. But their full benefit can only be obtained when many people offer interpretations. We'll pop some awesome vitamin pills-- by reading and discussing deep tales that give life.

Rabbi Jill Hammer: "Scapegoats and Goat-Demons: Yom Kippur and the Spirits of the Wilderness"

Yaakov Weintraub: Free-flow Movement class
Drawing on the momentum based and free-flow movement techniques of Erick Hawkins, this gentle movement class will be accessible to everybody - regardless of movement experience or ability. Many of the movements in the beginning of the class will be done sitting, and participants can choose to sit on the floor or in a chair. The latter part of the class will involve standing exercises and movement across the floor. The focus will be to find that wonderful state of being both energized and relaxed in mind, body, and spirit to prepare us for the final stage of our Yom Kippur journey.
