Tikkun HaNefesh Chanting Circle
Chanting is the melodic and rhythmic repetition of a sacred phrase. In a Jewish context, it is a Hebrew phrase drawn from our sacred texts. For many, chanting has become an important method of opening the heart, quieting the mind, and viscerally embodying the words of our tradition. Our chanting circle meets on a monthly basis, and is led by the wonderful student and teacher, Jennifer Goldstein, Ph.D. Jennifer is a graduate of Reb Shefa's Kol Zimra Chant Leadership training.
